Sadep-England came into existance in the year 2002 as a branch of solidarity for African development (SADEP -GHANA ). The main aims and objectives of SADEP-England is to promote links between Ghana and England as well as Fundraising to enable SADEP-GHANA to set up community projects in poor rural areas of Ghana. The fundraising by SADEP-England are mainly raised for projects that are of long sustainable livelihood leading to poverty reduction in the deprived communities . The following are some of the project areas funds are raised .

a) Income-generating
b) Agriculture
c) Education and Training
d) Environmental
e) Health and Sanitation (provision of potable water)1
SADEP - England is at the moment funding projects in Ghana through a walk organized dubbed SADEP fundraisers walk 84 miles in 4 days along Hadrian's Wall, England.

Besides the above, SADEP-England also serves as a link for SADEP-Ghana to people in England who want to volunteer in community development in Ghana.
